Come and join us in Brownsville Brooklyn for a "Tribute to Dads"

 

  The Pitkin Ave Business Improvement District would like to invite you to their "Tribute to Dads".

Bring your family, friend and or neighbor with you to this free event. This day will consist of, 
  • Father's Day Concert (Live musical entertainment).
  • Exemplary Fatherhood Certificate
  • Chess Tournament (prizes)
  • Tie Giveaway's
  • Competition (tug-of-war,relay races)
  • Photo Booth and much more!
This is a fun free event, Food and Refreshments will be serve for everyone!
Open streets to Pedestrians, so please bring your bikes, scooters, skateboards to this event. 

Pitkin Ave Business Improvement District is currently excepting nominations for exemplary father's in Brownsville. 

Please nominate via inbox or email (pitkinbid@yahoo.com). Just send a brief message on why your dad should get a certificate and awesome prizes at their Father's Day Summer Plazas on Sunday June 16.

Keep a look out  for more upcoming events in my Brownsville. I call it my Brownsville, I lived here all my life. This is where my grandparents and parents landed, when they came from Puerto Rico and here they were, when they passed away. So you see, why I hold it so dear to my heart. 

When you look up Brownsville, all it shows you is the high crime wave that has embedded our neighborhood. I'm here to tell you, that we are a community like the rest of communities We have events, entertainment also going on here.
