Brooklyn Music Festival is looking for the best R&B artists for the April 12, 2014 Showcase.





RPMD Entertainment in Association with NEGNYC Novas Entertainment Group NYC, LLC. brings you the best of the best, The Brooklyn Music Festival Showcase.

Brooklyn Music Festival is looking for the hottest Brooklyn act to perform on the same stage with some Iconic artists for this 2014 musical event.

They will have showcases through out various venues in Brooklyn. In addition NEGNYC is also looking to recruit serious volunteer that would like to take part for this anticipated Music Festival in Brooklyn for 2014 Summer.

Brooklyn represent!! Do you have what it takes to grace the MIC? Put in your submission now.  I want to see my Hip-Hop, Rap, Reggae, Salsa come out to show what Brooklyn is made of, and it's call Talent!

Winter Break and things to do with your kids.


Now that the kids got off for "Winter Break", here are a few thing to do with them.





Intrepid Sea Air & Space Museum is hosting special activities and entertainment for families, everyday the kids are off from school.

Activities are free with admission, In advance $22 for adults, $17 for children 7-17 and $10 for ages 3-6, at the door$2 more per person. They are having, buy a general admission, get one free deal going on.
                           
Catch more than 70 titles from around the world at BAM Rose Cinemas, In addition to short programs for all age ranges, and a hand-full of full-length films, two NYC based acts will be performing live in BAM Cafe Upstairs.

Tickets are on sale now and tend to sell out, so buying in advance is a must. $13 adults, $9 for children under 13, per screening or performance.

  6. Family Bird Watching: The great backyard bird count 3 P.M. Help naturalists track North American bird.

  • Greenlight Baby Story time 2014. Sunday, February 16 and Sunday February 23 at 11 AM.
Greenlight Book Store, http://greenlightbookstore.com/ 686 Fulton St at South Portland Ave. Children's performers including songstresses Miss Nina, The Good Ms. Padgett and Vered entertain babies and toddlers, music and interactive play. 

On Sunday mornings, ages 6 weeks to 3 years old.
