Fashion Week Brooklyn is set to kick off it's "Eighth Annual Event", FWB "Be Bold, Be Strong" FW 2014. The fashion world is getting ready for Brooklyn's 4 day fashion event.
This four-day event runs March 13-16, 2014 at Industry City, Bush Terminal in Sunset Park. This show features established and unknown designers. A different theme each night.
Past shows have included French-Armenian designer Loris Diran whose clients at his former Bowery Boutique have included Beyonce, and Ghana-born Nana Boateng, who designs clothes for actor Samuel L. Jackson.
Thursday Night Opener will tout eco-friendly designers,followed by an Africa-based theme on Friday,
Euro-Centric Fashion on Saturday and Brooklyn-based style makers on Sunday.
