Easter Eggs Hunts and Parades in Brooklyn


  Here comes Peter Cottontail, Hopping down the Bunny Trail, Hippitty Hopping; Easter's on its way!

It's that time of year, Easter Egg Hunts and Parades. One of the best way to celebrate with kids is to attend one of Brooklyn's treat filled egg hunts and parades. 

1. Easter Egg Hunt-Marine Park
Sat, March 19 
State Sen. Marty Golden host this annual egg hunt for families at the Marine Park. 

2. Easter Egg Hunt-Gravesend
Saturday March 12, 2016 1:00-3:00 pm 
Rain Date March 13, 2016 -1:00-3:00 pm.
$5 per child
Bring a bag or basket and hunt for candy at Our Lady Of Grace Church. $5 to have your picture taken with the easter bunny.

3. Skipkids Spring Party & Eggstravaganza-South Slope
Sunday March 20
$5 per person
Greenwood Park Beer Garden for this rain-or-shine Easter shindig. In addition to the hunt, there will be live entertainment, arts&crafts and food provided by The Greenwood Park Kitchen.

4. Easter Egg Hunt Weekend-Floyd Bennett Field
Thursday March 24-Sunday March 27, 2016
If you missed Aviator Sports Breakfast with the Easter Bunny, don't miss Egg hunt and spring farm adventure. Admission lets children hunt eggs, take a photo with Whiskers the bunny, embark on a hayride, ride the giant hayride slide and more There are additional fees for the petting zoo and pony rides.

6. Annual Easter Egg Hunt-Bayridge

State Sen. Marty Golden host another outdoor egg hunt for Brooklyn families, this time at Shore Road Park

7. Brooklyn Boulder Easter Egg Hunt-Gowanus
Saturday March 26, 2016
Hunt through the nooks and crannies of this awesome rock climbing gym. This is the most athletic egg hunt out there and will force kid ages 4-12 to search low and high. Every child goes home with a Brooklyn Boulder tote bag. 

8. McGolrick Egg Hunt-Greenploint
Saturday March 16, 2016
Enjoy live music, Spring themed crafts and face time with Easter Bunny, then search for more than 500 eggs hidden in the grass at the pretty Greenpoint McGolrick Park.  Bring your own basket and buy tickets on-line to avoid lines and getting shut out. The hunt moves indoor in case of rain.
